I come from a background in photography and generations of painters. I have no formal training in regards to being on a professional film set but I have a strong willingness to learn about any and all aspects in filmmaking. Though my current passion is cinematography, I like learning about the other technical aspects of filmmaking. I have studied film theory and enjoy reading the rhetoric in films that I watch although I am not well-read enough to be an expert in film theory. Although I have not made anything in a while, it is something I think about every day. I love visualizing cinematic ideas and I hope to bring some all together into the world someday on a larger scale.
